What to Expect at Your First Appointment
Personalized Consultation
Your first visit starts with a warm welcome and a one-on-one conversation with our dental team. We’ll review your dental and medical history, talk through any concerns or goals you have, and answer any questions about your oral health or treatment options.
Comprehensive Exam
Next, we’ll perform a complete dental exam. This includes digital X-rays (if needed), a periodontal evaluation, and a detailed examination of your teeth, gums, and bite. We’ll also screen for oral cancer and other underlying issues as part of our proactive approach to care.
Customized Treatment Plan
If any treatment is needed, we’ll walk you through a personalized care plan and go over what to expect, including costs and timelines. We’re committed to transparency and helping you feel confident every step of the way.
Insurance and Payment Options
We accept most major dental insurance plans and are in-network with providers such as Cigna, Aetna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, United Healthcare, Principal, AFLAC, GEHA, UNUM, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you’re unsure about your coverage, just give us a call—our front desk team will be happy to assist.
No Insurance? No Problem.
We offer a simple in-house membership plan designed for patients without insurance. For a flat annual fee, you’ll receive two exams and cleanings plus discounted rates on additional services.
Flexible Financing Available

Same-Day Emergency Care
Dental emergencies happen. If you’re in pain or need urgent care, call us right away. We offer same-day emergency appointments at both our Aurora and Oswego locations whenever possible.
